personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") are processed on this website only within the framework of the requirements and for the purpose of providing a user-friendly and functional website, with its services and content.

the provider is obliged to notify all addressees who have received data from him of any correction or deletion of data or of any restriction of processing carried out on the basis of articles 16, 17 (1), 18 dsgvo. this obligation only exists if the notification is not impossible or cannot be provided with a proportionate effort. the user is in principle entitled to information about the recipients.

users or data subjects pursuant to article 21 dsgvo have the right to object to the future processing of data relating to them if the data is processed by the provider in accordance with the requirements of article 6 (1) dsgvo. objection is permited in particular to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising.

information on data processing

for technical reasons, the following data, among others, which is collected by the internet browser you use, is transmited to us and/or to the provider. these are so-called server log files: type of browser and its version, operating system, referrer url, ip address, date and time of access, duration of access.

this anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data entered and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about specific persons. it is used for statistical purposes and also to improve the website.

server data

for technical reasons, in particular to guarantee a secure and stable internet presence, data is transmited by your internet browser to us or to our webspace provider. with these so-called server log files, among other things the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you accessed our website (referrer url), the website(s) of our website that you visit, the date and time of the respective access as well as the ip address of the internet connection from which the use of our website takes place.

these data collected in this way are stored temporarily, but not together with other data from you. this storage is based on the legal basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) dsgvo.

this data will be deleted after seven days at the latest, unless it is necessary to store it for evidence purposes.

contact enquiries / contact possibility

if you contact us via a contact form or by e-mail, the data you send us will be processed by us in order to deal with your contact in your interest. the legal basis for this processing is art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) dsgvo. once your enquiry has been dealt with, we will delete this data unless a legal regulation stipulates otherwise.

online job applications and publication of job advertisements

applicant data is collected and electronically processed by us for the purpose of the application process. if an employment contract is concluded, this data may be used for the purpose of the contract if no ordinances or regulations prohibit such use.

if the applicant is rejected, the data will be deleted after six months from the time of rejection, unless there are legal regulations that prohibit this. you also have the option of consenting to the use of your application for a different period, which you must actively declare to us.
