bmw supply centre Wörth / Isar

the existing supply centre vz.3 in the luitpoldpark industrial estate in wörth/isar, with approx. 45,000 m2 of hall space, was extended considerably by two additional halls with approx. 43,000 m2, covered outdoor areas of approx. 12,000 m2, and an office building. the property was handed over to the bmw group at the end of July 2012, and the supply centre supplies the surrounding bmw plants of dingolfing, landshut and, to some extent, regensburg. the bmw group has rented the property for the long term and has it operated by kühne+nagel (ag & co. kg). propertyteam ag took over the representation of the client for an english investor, as well as the commercial and technical project management until the turnkey handover.
